Lacing Cards (Set of 5)

Hey Teachers,

Here are my pre k lacing cards; a simple activity to develop both fine motor and visual perceptual skills. I've had them as a morning table activity, in a center, or for small group lessons. Lacing cards are also a great way for little hands to build strength, control, and dexterity. As their muscles develop, children are better able to manipulate objects, fasten clothing, and use tools such as pencils and scissors. The cards also help develop a child's ability to find the next hole (visual tracking), manipulate the string through the hole, turn the card over or feel the string come through the back, and then repeat the process from the back (spatial relationships). Some cards are numbered to help practice early math skills. I am selling all 5 themes: Fall, Summer, Shapes, ABCs & 123s and Dinosaurs (a classroom favorite) as a set.
